A free North Florida Community Health Fair, Everyday is a Chance for Change, will be held Saturday , March 25th, 2017 from 10:00-1 PM on the church grounds of San Juan Mission Catholic Church, 304 SE Plant Ave, Branford Fl. The event is designed to increase the health, fitness, and welfare of the community by showcasing resources, services, businesses and healthy choices that are locally available.
